2. Individual Professionals and Leaders

Leadership Coaching is also offered as a one-on-one private coaching service designed to help you excel in the workplace and advance your career. It mirrors the Leadership coaching provided for SME personnel, but on an individual basis.

Individual Leadership Coaching sessions are typically conducted online.

b) Leadership Coaching: We provide individual coaching to leaders within the company. These leaders could be new to leadership, early in their career, or leading teams or functions.

The program enables leaders gaining a better understanding of themselves and how they develop future capabilities to enable them to excel as leaders.

Leaders will receive coaching on developing high-performing teams and assessing how well the “Four Pillars of Leadership” is working for them and their team.

Leadership coaching is a bespoke program designed to cater each leader’s needs and circumstances. It can also be part of an individual’s personal development and is conducted at the workplace and/or online.

2. Leadership Assessment & Development Profile

This module concentrates on exploring the behaviours critical for your development and growth as a leader. It evaluates you against high-performing workplace leadership behaviors and aims to build upon strengths and development opportunities.

It outlines what you need to do to sustain high leadership performance, where you exceed expectations and distinguish yourself as a leader in the workplace.

Key goals are identified and incorporated into a leadership development profile, allowing you to focus on your ongoing development and performance

4.Creating High Performance in the Workplace

Using the Leadership Pentagon as a foundation, this is a custom-made working session that helps the leader define what high performance looks like and sets future expectations on performance and improvement in the workplace.

The process enables the leader to understand what a high performing team looks like before engaging with their team on delivering performance and team growth.

3. Career Development Plan Session

This involves collaborating with the leader to identify their short-term development needs, while also exploring future career plans and the skill sets required to achieve them.

It enables the leader to comprehend their potential, growth capabilities, skills, and future opportunities. It assists the leader in understanding how to build capability within their team to meet business objectives.

This leadership coaching program spans several months. It is designed to empower leaders to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to initiate significant changes in their leadership abilities, impacting both their personal and professional lives.

1. Leadership Life Inventory

This component delves into personal behaviors, attitudes, fears, limiting beliefs, confidence, values, strengths, sense of purpose, and key goals - all the elements that you bring to your professional life.

The life inventory is designed to enhance your self-awareness, thereby enabling you to understand and lead others more effectively. Coaching sessions will help you work through the transformation.

It lays the groundwork for the growing and transforming towards a more successful and better leader.

5. Building a High Performing Team - Coached Workshop

This is a full day workshop to assist the leader in collaborating with team members to collectively build a high-performing team in the workplace. The workshop actively encourages diversity and inclusion from all team members.

It includes using the Leadership Pentagon, a framework for defining high performance and explores what high performance means for the team and develops an executable plan where the team are held accountable for performance.

The Workplace Coaching program includes:

  • A free exploration call – no obligation or cost

  • 6 x 1.5 Hour Leadership Self-Awareness Coaching Sessions (online or can be in person) includes conducting a Leadership Life Inventory which leads to developing a personal and tailored growth plan based on your purpose, values, goals, opportunities, habits, fears and areas such as limiting beliefs which can hold you back as a leader. Coaching includes working through the growth plan and supporting your transformation.

  • 2 x 1.5 hr Leadership Behaviours - Coaching Sessions (online or can be in person) after the above stages are progressed, coaching extends to conducting a scored, leadership behavioural assessment. It includes creating a leadership development profile which focuses on acquiring and developing critical leadership behaviours.

    2 x 1.5 hr Career Coaching session (Online of can be in person) includes development of a future Career profile

  • 1 x 2hr Coaching Sessions on Creating a high performing team (online or can be in person) defines, as a leader, what you expect from a high performing team. Based on the Leadership Pentagon, a tool for defining high performance.

  • Email access to coach between sessions 

  • Feedback & goal tasks - Purposeful feedback and tasks to help quicken your development and progress.

  • Evaluation: At the end of the coaching engagement, joint evaluation of progress and discussion on the next steps

  • 2 x 3 monthly check in post development program: Scheduled 30-minute check-in to review progress, address challenges and provide support.

    Cost of Workplace program

  • Leadership Coaching program is a focused 6–10 week journey designed to unlock potential and embed lasting change. Whether you’re an emerging leader, an individual seeking to deepen your practice, or a senior leader enhancing team performance, each programme is tailored to your context.

    Through a blend of group coaching, individual reflection, and practical tools, we strengthen both the individual leader and the collective culture.

    Pricing is customised to reflect scope and setting—whether individual or organisational—with flexible options to extend as needed.

  • Recommended 1 Day Optional Workshop on Creating a High Performing team which includes a facilitated team workshop to understand what is needed to become a higher performing team.

    It includes the Leadership Pentagon, Team action plan and measurement of team performance as outputs. It puts into practice what the leader has learnt over the coaching period and sets the leader and team up for future growth and success.

  • Short-term coaching residency can be provided to coach personnel in the workplace.
